Job Details

Duties

  • Provide advice on all operational issues to Head of department
  • Assist in implementation and update credit policy and strategic plan
  • Daily checking and recommend for loan approval that requested by Credit Officers or Branch office to Credit Assessment Committee
  • Checking the monthly report on loan outstanding and loan disbursement and other reports from branch manager and system
  • Prepare monthly and other periodic operational reports for the management
  • Analyze the business environment and make recommendations on the development of new products and enhance existing products to grow the Company’s customer base and out-reach
  • Provide on the-job training on the Company’s Credit Policy and products to new recruits and existing staff
  • Assist in developing plan and strategies for branch set up
  • Manage and supervise the action of Credit Officers, non-performance Loan Recovery Officers and relevant staff
  • Develop business relationship with potential customers as well as existing customers with the view to strengthening the Company’s customer relationship base
  • Ensure the credit analysis included SME loan, Credit Risk management, follow up loan delinquency and legal action, guideline and procedures are well implemented and maintained with quality and strongly adhered by staff within operation department and develop the flow of the operation department for the Credit Services
  • Work with finance department and other relevant departments to ensure the repayment is well collected and maintain good quality of loan portfolio performance and management report in an effective and efficient manner, discuss and recommend loan approval for Credit Committee
  • Participate in staff recruitment and keep tract on staff development to ensure the proper training, coaching and mentoring that all staff are professional, high commitment and working in harmonized environment
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report for submitting to the Head of department
  • Perform other task assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance and Banking or related fields
  • Experience background of working in regulated financial institution at least 5 years, advance for loan product development skills
  • Understanding or experiencing in microfinance market research
  • Computer literacy, Ms. Office, Email etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English
  • Soft skills (Communication skill, motivation skill, leadership skill etc.)
  • Able to travel to other provinces 
  • Willing to work under pressure
