When I wrote the pamphlet on Nietzsche in early 1985, I did not expect that there would be a short period of so-called "Nietzsche fever" in China two years later. As far as I know, those who really resonate with Nietzsche's thought and feel the joy of discovery are young students and artists who care about life and feel lost and painful in the search for the meaning of life. Nietzsche's thought is the philosophical expression of the spiritual crisis in western society, which arouses strong resonance and reflects a crisis mentality of contemporary Chinese young intellectuals. First of all, I want to "rectify the name" of the spiritual crisis. People often regard spiritual crisis as a derogatory term, saying that where spiritual crisis occurs, it seems that the society and people there have been corrupt to the core. Admittedly, compared with health, crisis is pathological. However, compared with the numbness, the crisis shows vitality. A crisis in the spirit of a person or a nation at least shows that the person or the nation has a higher spiritual pursuit and the pursuit is frustrated, so there is a crisis. If the times are ill, a person may have to choose between crisis and numbness, and only those excellent souls will feel the pain of the illness of the times. The most serious form of spiritual crisis is belief crisis, that is, the loss of the fundamental belief guiding the whole life, the loss of the value of what has always been endowed with the highest value,12 Volt Motor With Gearbox, and the loss of overall meaning and goal of life. Nihilism, in Nietzsche's words. Belief here refers to metaphysical belief, that is, to set up an ultimate and absolute basis for life, believing in the eternity and sacredness of human life. Christianity is such a faith. Its disintegration has fundamentally shaken the foundation for Westerners to settle down. The situation in China is different. We have always lacked the belief in metaphysical and religious sense, only the belief in social ethics and social politics,Parallel Shaft Gearbox, not seeking the communication between life and some eternal sacred noumenon, but linking life with certain social ideals. The belief on the social level not only does not involve, but also limits the exploration of the ultimate basis of life, covering up the lack of belief on the metaphysical level. Therefore, once social belief loses its governing power, the lack of metaphysical belief will be exposed. This is exactly the situation facing today's generation of youth. It is undeniable that the social crisis caused by the "Cultural Revolution" has made any kind of social and political beliefs lose the power of unification. In a sense, it can be said that the generation growing up during and after the "Cultural Revolution" is a generation without faith. Nowadays, there is no established authoritative mode of life, and everyone's fate is uncertain, so they have to engage in independent thinking and exploration. At the same time, the commercialization of society makes people's spirit inevitably become mediocre in a certain period of time, which not only makes people with noble spiritual interest feel lonely, 24v Gear Motor ,Micro Gear Motor, but also increases the tension of their spiritual pursuit. Jung once distinguished between "pseudo-modern people" and "real modern people". The former likes to pretend to be modern people, while the latter often claims to be old-fashioned. In fact, the representatives of the modern trend of thought are not those shallow people who pursue fashion, but some inappropriate idealists. Just as there are only a few people who really believe in any belief system, there are only a few people who really feel and maintain the tension of the crisis in any era and nation of spiritual crisis. Moreover, this is often the same kind of soul, because it is serious on the issue of faith, it really feels the sadness of losing faith. Therefore, if there is a so-called "Nietzsche fever" in China, I would like to hold a positive evaluation of it. More than half a century ago, the advanced elements of Chinese ideological circles had a strong interest in Nietzsche's thought, which was mainly a resonance at the social level, aiming at transforming the weak national character and striving for national self-improvement. In contrast, this time may herald a metaphysical awakening, indicating that our national spirit may be developing in a more profound direction. Two It may be difficult for us to understand the catastrophic shock caused by the disintegration of the Christian faith in the Western spirit. There is always a metaphysical impulse running through the western spirit, that is, to attempt to transcend the temporary nature of life and achieve immortality, and to transcend the animal nature of life and achieve divinity. Driven by this impulse, the western classical philosophy, which began with Plato, devoted itself to seeking a kind of noumenon that could endow human life with immortal divinity, and finally found its destination in the Christian concept of "God". Therefore, for a long time, the concept of "God" has become the spiritual pillar of Westerners, with which the dying individual life gains comfort from the immortality of the soul, and animal people find the basis for their own perfection from the divinity of God. It is true that Christianity belittles the earthly value of human beings, but it endows life with some eternal value in fantasy. The light of God makes people look small, but at the same time, it also covers life with a sacred halo. The Christian world outlook is essentially anthropocentric, which places man above all things in the name of God and arranges a teleological world order for man. So we can imagine that once God is lost, there will be two consequences. First, human life has lost its immortality. Without the immortality of the soul, the death of a person becomes an irretrievable death. Secondly, human life has also lost its sanctity. The teleological universe created by God collapsed, and man was no longer the center, but only the accidental product of the eternal generation and change of the universe. In short, the human body and soul seem to have lost their fundamental value. It was with this in mind that Nietzsche exclaimed, "God is dead!" "A time is coming when we are going to pay the price for being Christians for two thousand years: we are losing the center of gravity that has kept us alive,Gear Reduction Motor, and we don't know where to go for a while," he declared. According to Nietzsche's estimation, this era of nihilism without faith will cover the Western society for 200 years. ichgearmotor.com
