Department: Operations Department
Report To: Logistic & Operations Manager
Supervise: Checker Leader/Checker/Delivery Leader/Deliveryman

Job Summary:
Controlling & Checking Goods Compare to Invoice for Dispatch to Customer On Time

Duties and Responsibilities (timeframe, details, appendix, reason):

• Setting And Assign Delivery routes For Deliverymen,
• Responsible for Checking Goods Compare to Invoice for Dispatch to Customer on Time,
• Daily Tracking Dispatch Tracking Report and Follow Required Delivery Time From Customers,
• Ensure all Checker Team Dispatch Invoices Are Completed Requirement,
• Solve Various Issue Such As Invoicing, Delivering, Transportation, Feedback From Internal Issues, Complaint From Customers, Staffing,
• Control and Maintain Company Assets Such As Vehicles And Equipment,
• Daily Checking Dispatch Area, Equipment, And Making Report Followed HACCP Compliance
• Maintain Accurate Record And File,
• Manage and Control Logistic Expenses Efficiency,
• Involve In Improve Day-To-Day Operation Quality,
• Develop, Supervise, Motivate Subordinates To Optimize Morality And Commitment,
• Other Tasks To Be Assigned by Superior.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor degree
• 3-4 years’ experience in logistic job
• Good in Microsoft office
• Good in interpersonal and communication skill
• Good in English both speaking and written.
