Job Description

1.    Operationsand Support

·        Daily system monitoring,verifying and reviewing all hardware, server resources, systems and keyprocesses etc.

·        Regular security monitoring toidentify possible disturbance, performing daily backup operations.

·        Investigating and troubleshootall issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams or clients usingtelephone/emails etc.

2.    Maintenance

·        Maintain operational,configuration, or other procedures. Performing regular updates and upgrades asand when necessary.

3.    Provisioning

·        Install new / rebuild existingservers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories,storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirementsof the company/client

·        Develop and maintain installationand configuration procedures and system standards

Qualifications 

• At least 2 years ofexperience with system and network development

• Knowledge base withany Windows platform, Linux/Unix platform, and command line languages.

• Experience in systemcollaboration and online service integration.

• Understandingnetwork/system architecture to provide improvements

• Experience insecurity perspective and auditing process.

• Experience withvirtualization and network storage

• Experience with application/operationsystem/software installation and maintenance

• Good in Englishspeaking and writing
