RESPONSIBILITY

Risk Assessment and compliance:

- Support Internal Audit Manager on oversee and monitor risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline;

- Be responsible for establishing risk-based audit programs;

- Help review and update the suitability of internal control design;

- Help develop and update risk and internal audit policies and procedures.

Internal Audit:

- Assist the manager to plan and design the scope of internal audit working process and procedure in conjunction with the business process, objective and implementation;

- Be responsible for assisting in developing and updating an internal audit policy, process and procedure for the suitability of internal control design and operational working purposes;

- Assist the manager to monitor and make sure an internal audit testing and projects are conducted on time and follow the working plan and process of specified area and identify issues;

- Be responsible for verbally communicating the find

REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor/Master degree in finance/audit or related fields;

- At least 4 year combined experience in internal audit and risk assessment and/or management required;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of Cambodias internal statutory requirements;

- Good knowledge in Business and Risk Regulatory;

- Good mix of corporate, commercial and litigation experience;

- Computer literate;

- Good command in English;

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
