Main Duties

• Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance the accuracy of information
• Oversee financial GGear Group’s business to ensure that cash flow, expenditures and profit target are consistently aligned and met with Ggear Group’s bottom line
• Coordinate to ensure timeliness of GGear Group’s annual budget planning and quarterly budget planning review
• Administer, reviewing and consolidating financial planning to group level
• Consistently analyze financial data and prepare financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of Ggear Group’s financial status
• Develops and implements accounting policies, coordinates systems and procedures, and review operating data and special reports as required, including interim and year-end financial statements
• Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and implement improvement plan where needed
• Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal and external auditing and assuring proper insurance coverage

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, or ACCA qualification
• 7-year experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, & projection
• Knowledge of local accounting, auditing, & taxation standards
• Extremely knowledgeable in financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
• Possess strong leadership skills and business acumen
• Forward-thinking, and creative with high ethical standards
• Ability to adapt move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, flexible and versatile be able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiation
