Job Description
• Create, implement, and manage project plans for the development and implementation of digital transformation, enhancement and integration;
• Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of fuctionality, technology
•Enable use of available technology by promoting digital adoption;
• Manage the day-to-day execution of projects;
• Implement and support loan origination system;
• Develop and maintain the system integration between Institution and partners and/or other channels
• Track and report project status and propose mitigation actions to line manager;
• Identify the needs of training and education for the users
• Prepare the documentation and user manual of each system;
• Work closely with various departments to engineer and solve the requirements
• Delegate, coordinate, and create a motivational environment
• Apply international standard of the digital system development;
• Assist in development of the Institution’s technology strategy;
• Develop technology research capacity
• Maintain, support and enhancement CBC B2B system by working with CBC Company,

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technologyor Computer Science is required;
• At least 3 years of experience in related job;
• Good experience of programming such as ASP.net, C#, Spring Framework, Java, Java Script and SQL Server;
• Good experience with JSON and RESTful or SOAP APIs;
• Experience of design and develop IOS or Android mobile applications are required;
• Experience working with react-native or flutter is required;
• Good command in spoken and written English
• At least 3 years of experience in related job;
• Good experience of programming such as ASP.net, C#, Spring Framework, Java, Java Script and SQL Server;
