Job Description

• Direct sale on door to door with customer to ensure proper implementation of Auto loan and ensure achieving the given target
• Building a good relationship to potential car dealer and existing potential customers in order to retain their services with Cambodia Post Bank plc.
• Collecting the referral documents from car dealer
• Daily visiting with car dealer
• Follow up client inquiry
• Find new customer and managing all the loan process
• Manage issues and solving problems all relevant activities with car dealer and customer
• Initiative idea for loan improvement
• Other duties and reports will be assigned by Lending Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Management, Marketing or related fields.
• Good experience in sales, car dealer relationship
• Commit to the core value of the company.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in banking sales or leasing finance
• Knowledge of sales, finance lease, marketing, economic, banking
• Ability to propose, plan and execute marketing strategies
• Able to work under pressure
• An interest in financial products and markets
