Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:
To track, update and review current import/export shipment status and support the handling of the shipment, following internal regulations and SOP.
Job Description:
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
- Coordinates with customers as well as CEVA network on delivery / billing / collection and customs process.
- Track status of shipment for customers and informs concerned parties in advance of the goods arrival date
- Provides shipment report to concerned departments/functions.
- Updates electronic systems (OFS, Navigator) as appropriate with booking, revenue, and expense information
- Check delivery / expense documentation on correctness before transferring to external / internal entities.
- Prepares monthly / daily reports and provides relevant information to supervisory levels and other departments
- Performs other duties as necessary or as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year + in International trading
- Able to use basic computer skills
- Able to use email and communication in English
