Sale Executive

About the job

Sale Executive is responsible for sales operations including generating new sales, closing deals with clients as per sales target, offering client consultation and solutions to address clients’ concerns and problems as well as providing good customer services and care to both existing, new and potential clients.

 

 Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate the day-to-day sales operations with excellent customer services to achieve
  • sales target
  • Present available housing units including project’s special features to clients and close deal with clients
  • Provide consultation and solutions to clients to influence client’s decision for the project benefit
  • Prepare and process sales documentation including document collection, Sales and
  • Purchase Agreements (SPAs) arrangement, clients’ request, etc following company sales SOP
  • Maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients
  • Make sales reports for sales supervisor/manager
  • Promote the project through different channels to generate new sales
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain all communication with clients, sales documents and templates, including
  • price list, payment plans and other sales related documents;
  • Other tasks assigned by Sale manager.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • A degree in Sales/Marketing or business management or other relevant fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality (preferably in real
  • estate sector)
  • Be able to deal with different types of customers
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Be result-oriented and strongly committed for achieving sales targets
  • Be able to work as a team and work under pressure
  • Be willing to take new challenges and learn new things
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends/public holidays on a rotating shift basis
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office
  • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer
  • Reporting to Sales Manager
