RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update monthly cost monitoring report and site visit about construction progress;
• Investigate any significant variance between actual cost and budget/BoQ;
• Help review yearly construction plan for each project under your supervision;
• Prepare cost forecasting based on information provided by inspector and project manager;
• Assist in financial decision making by providing analysis on the project performance;
• Monitor projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with budget which could lead to major variance;
• Improve cost efficiency by recommending some cost reduction and cost saving , if applicable;
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or any related fields;
• At least 3 years working experience in construction or relevant fields;
• Fast learner and possess strong analytical skills;
• Be honest and trustworthy;
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel;
• Good verbal and written communication in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus);
• Be able to work under pressure
