RESPONSIBILITY 

• Design detailed plan both internal and external;
• Provide conceptual design to team member and make any design improvement if necessary;
• Help to estimate costs, prepare specifications for materials and carry out surveying and drafting;
• Prepare drawing work, plans and designs for construction work;
• Use computer software to produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation;
• Check construction site to make sure it follows the approved designs;
• Produce monthly reports;

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree of architecture or other relevant fields;
• At least (1) year experience in construction business;
• Computer literacy especially MS Office, AutoCAD and 2D & 3D;
• Be able to identify, analyze and solve technical problems;
• Good communication, management, and leadership skills;
• Be creative and honest;
• Be able to work as a team;
