Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure administration operations are carried within the Institution’s Head Office and Branches in accordance with the policies and procedures;
2. Recommend upgrading of facilities to improve operations, productivity and efficiency;
3. Manage the process of procurement and the supply chain to ensure the logistics
arrangement for Branch setting up is carried out smoothly within the agreed time frame;
4. Ensure that all procurement processes are conducted in accordance with NongHyup’s policies and procedures, with reasonable prices, and preventing any possible frauds;
5. Manage the movement of properties and assets by strictly adhering to regular sighting schedules;
6. Arrange the disposal schedule in accordance with policies and procedures for unused and/or deteriorated assets or assets with zero net book values;
7. Supervise daily maintenance and security of properties and facilities;
8. Maintain the security measure for employees by coordinating with relevant authorities;
9. Manage transportation services including vehicle arrangement, car keys, repair and maintenance, registration and regular check schedule;
10. Prepare and edit various types of correspondence and manage the incoming and outgoing processes, mail and document circulation, and filling management;
11. Prepare and edit other documents such as memos, reports, and lease and service agreements;
12. Take minutes of meetings as required;
13. Ensure the renewal of lease and service agreements, insurance policies and other contracts in a timely manner;
14. Ensure that documents/files are in safe and secure storage;
15. Manage archives - files, documents, materials, etc. including retrieval and disposal in accordance with the regulations;
16. Manage the key system; and
17. Other tasks as may be assigned by the HR & Admin Manager and/or COO
Job Requirement:
• BBA in Management or the related field;
• Good organizing and planning skills;
• Specialist in Fixed Asset Management;
• Influent in Procurement Management;
• Influent in General Administration skill;
• Influent in leasing and contract of building;
• Good at event management;
• Influent of Advance Excel is a plus;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer;
• At least 3 years of experience in the professional skill.
